Surgery Opening Times

Our TELEPHONE LINES are open from:  8.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-6.30pm (Closed 1-2pm)

When calling please SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS depending upon the nature of your call:

     Option 1 - Results (after 2pm ONLY)

     Option 2 - Triage appointments (8.00-11.00am and 2.00-4.00pm) with a GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, or Paramedic (this line will close when all                              available appointments are full - you then have the option to contact LIVI, speak to a local pharmacist or to call 111)

     Option 3 - For home visits by a paramedic, routine appointments with a nurse e.g. blood test, dressings etc or for any other routine query 

Protected Learning Time 2022

The practice will be closed on WEDNESDAY 22nd February at 12.30pm

• These sessions ensure that all staff are up to date with national requirements for topics such as child protection.

PROTECTED LEARNING TIME 2023

The surgery will close at 12.30pm on one afternoon each month for staff training.

When We Are Closed

Daytime cover for emergencies is provided by the doctors on a rota basis. If you need medical advice or attention at night or weekends, please telephone 111

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

MORE BOOKABLE GP APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE IN NORTHAMPTON

6:30pm-9:30pm weekdays, 9:00am-5:00pm weekends

There are now more bookable GP appointments in Northampton, making it easier for you to get an appointment at a time that suits you including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

The Northampton GP Extended Access Service is an extension of your usual GP practice, it is not a walk-in-service, you need to make an appointment through your usual GP practice,although you may not see your usual GP as it is manned by a variety of clinicians from across the town.

The service is located on the ground floor of Highfield Clinical Care Centre, Cliftonville Rd., Northampton NN1 5BD.

CHRISTMAS  2023

The surgery will be closed on Monday 25th December and Tuesday 26th December and will re-open on Wednesday 27th December (normal hours).
