Patient Surveys and Patient Participation Group.

Help us to understand how well we are performing by completing our Patient Surveys. These can be accessed through the link on the home page or by asking for a printed copy at reception next time you visit the surgery. There are currently three different surveys (which change each month) each of which is looking at a different area of our service.

We will be publishing the results of the surveys on the website and in the surgery in the new year.

We also wish to set up a patient participation group which will be asked to consider our future plans for service improvement, based on the survey results, and make comments so that we can try and meet our patients needs.
